Sarah Bridge wears many hats. She serves her community in a number of different ways, including District Judge of Lincoln County. Bridge balances the courtroom, community service, and cheerleading from the sidelines, all while raising three incredible kids. She is the proud mother of three student-athletes in the Chandler Public Schools system.
Sarah’s oldest, Madelyn, is a junior at Chandler High School and a standout in cross country and track. She’s also highly involved in school activities, including National Honor Society, FCA, Student Council, Positive Peers, and previously served as sophomore class president.
Her middle child, Corbin, is in 8th grade. He’s active in baseball and plays in the school’s band program. The youngest, Collin, a 6th grader, is passionate about basketball and competes on the Park Road Academic Team.
Despite her demanding role as a judge, Sarah makes it a priority to stay involved in her children’s activities. “I support my children in all of their endeavors by being present at as many events as possible, encouraging them to do their best, and reminding them to have fun,” she shared.
She admits that the most challenging part of parenting student-athletes is time. “It can be tough to attend all of their events since many are during the day or in the middle of the work week. As a parent, you want to be there for everything, but it’s not always possible.”
A firm believer in teaching life balance, Sarah emphasizes the importance of priorities. “It’s important that kids learn how to prioritize their responsibilities—including schoolwork, grades, and goals. Those habits follow them into adulthood.”
Her commitment extends beyond the stands. Sarah is actively involved as Secretary of the Track and Cross-Country Booster Club, and has contributed to the Chandler Education Foundation and led Girl Scouts in the past.
What does she love most about Chandler schools? “The school and the community are so supportive of all programs. It’s something truly special,” she said.
Whether she’s in the courtroom or at the track, Bridge leads by example—modeling commitment, community, and care both for her kids and for the future of Chandler.
