2024-2025 Stroud Tigers Basketball Preview – Presented by Route 66 Bowl

The Tigers are looking for a fresh start this season and ready to bounce back after a rough season a year ago. Head coach Rodney Bencoma says that the team is full of great kids and he is looking for improvement this season.

“We have a hard-working, athletic group of guys,” Bencoma said. “We are looking forward to the challenge of the season and will work hard to create success one day at a time.”

Bencoma’s team has a lot of players out for the team that season and those numbers will be important to the team’s growth and success.

Josh Fine (Sr.), Kason Presly (Sr.), Dylan Baker (Sr.), Patrick Gasper (Sr.), Jordan Lindsey (Sr.), Cash Wright (Sr.), and Seth Anthony (Sr.) are the seniors on this year’s team and they will be called on to be leaders of the team both on and off the court.

Other guys that are expected to play a role this season for the Tigers are Trystan Baker (Jr.), Jackson Campbell (Jr.), Jacob Beck (Jr.), and Ricky McCall (Jr.).

Underclassmen that will look to make an impact and contribute this season are Stryker Bray (So.), Morgan Buyckes (So.), Jett Cooper (So.), Landry Davis (So.), Sam McCammon (So.), Aidan Collins (So.), Aidan Young (So.), Cashion Arnold (Fr.), Ayson Durrence (Fr.), Mason Eversole (Fr.), Joseph Lippert (Fr.), Bobby Mitchell
(Fr.), Cal Shields (Fr.), Bryce Faires (Fr.), Taysom Wages (Fr.), Levi Roberts (Fr.), and Trenton Steward (Fr.).
